Ingredients
- 30ml Cold Brew
- 1/2 Cup of Oats
- 1 Banana
- 200ml Milk
- 1 Tbs Honey
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
To make your smoothie:
- Pop all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth
- Add ice to blender, blend again
- Pour into your favourite glass or bottle-to-go
