SHIPPING COSTS

We offer FREE express post shipping via Australia Post for all orders over $90 AUD. We also offer FREE local delivery within 8km of Hamilton, QLD 4007 for orders over $70 AUD.

For all other orders, Australia Post Standard, is a flat fee of $15 AUD. 

DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavour to pack and post your order as quickly as we can, but please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be shipped.

Once shipped via Australia Post, please allow 3-7 business days* 

Please note that these delivery times are an estimate only and apply to metro/city areas only. Estimates are also from the date shipped, not necessarily the date of your order. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance (for international orders),  delivery outside metro areas (for both Australia and beyond) or high peak seasons such as Christmas, all of which are sadly out of our control. 

You will receive your tracking number once your order is on the way. Please note that Australia Post AND Tin & Timber do not operate on public holidays or weekends. If your order has not arrived within the above estimates, please email us info@australiancoldbrew.com with your full name and order number so we can look into it. It is always best to check your tracking before contacting us.
